Dana is a running coach who specializes in heart rate based training for endurance runners. She coaches runners to finish strong, from marathons to ultras to stage races. As the owner of UltraU Dana has been coaching runners to PRs since 2012. Dana is a Lydiard Level II Running Coach and NASM certified personal trainer.
