Sean McManus

Sean McManus is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Endurance Coach with over 10 years experience in the Fitness & Endurance Sports Industries. With his background in Human Biomechanics and Kinesiology, Sean takes a scientific and purposeful approach when training his clients.

The Triathlon Coaching Program here at Evolution Healthcare & Fitness is designed for Triathletes & Multisport athletes of all abilities. Whether you are a beginner training for your first sprint triathlon, or an advanced Ironman athlete looking to qualify for Kona, Sean has the tools and knowledge to help you get to the finish line.

Previous clients of Sean’s Triathlon Training Programs have seen improvements of 20+ minutes over the Olympic Distance and 2+ hours over the Iron Distance in less than a year.

A la Carte Services

60 minute Consultation: The consultation can be used however you’d like. Training Program Guidance, Warm-Up/Cool-Down Exercises, Strength Training help, Run Form Biomechanics, Incorporation of Altitude Training into Program, Race-Day Hydration/Nutrition strategies, Professional Footwear fitting etc.

Video Gait Analysis: 30 minute analysis of the following: Foot-Strike Pattern, Level of Pronation, Muscle Imbalance, Position/Posture, Cadence, Stride Length, Vertical Oscillation, Footwear.
