In addition to being a great stand-alone exercise program, kettlebell training is undoubtedly some of the best cross-training you can do for many sports. If you are a climber, runner, cyclist, grappler or martial artist, or you participate in any other wide range of sports or outdoor activities, kettlebell training is just the thing to help take your performance to the next level. This class will work with you on developing both technique and strength with the kettlebell.
A top priority for every coaching staff should be to set its trainees up for success starting from day one. With that in mind, we require at least one Kettlebell Basics Workshop with Brian Krupke prior to admittance into the group class format. You can sign up for that HERE and it will be scheduled according to Brian’s private coaching schedule.
